Counseling is provided through Colorado East Community Action Agency. These counselors will provide Medicare and supplemental insurance policy coverage information, including individual policy screening and health insurance needs, to enable clients to make an informed decision about their policy coverage. The counselors cannot and will not recommend a specific policy. This service is typically provided on a one-to-one basis, but can be provided to a group of people. These counselors also provide Medicare Fraud counseling in an effort to stop abuse of the Medicare system. This service is typically provided to a group of people, with individual counseling as needed or necessary.
